# How to export a spreadsheet of your allocation management

> It is easy to export the allocation management as a spreadsheet for any deal you have created on Spring.

## Export Your Allocation Management

Every deal in Spring can be exported as an Excel file (.xls) containing comprehensive allocation details.

**Steps to export:**

1. Select the specific deal requiring export
2. Navigate to the Fundraising tab
3. Click the Export button to automatically download the .xls file

## What Is Included in the Export?

The spreadsheet contains twelve data categories:

1. EVM Receiving Wallet
2. Non-EVM Receiving Wallet (conditional)
3. Pre-Fee Allocation
4. Post-Fee Allocation
5. Share Weight (%)
6. Total Allocated Tokens
7. Email
8. Social Media Usernames
9. Custom Questions & Replies
10. KYC Approved (if enabled)
11. ID Issuing Country (if KYC enabled)
12. Event Log
