How to distribute tokens on non-EVM chains
Currently, we have a manual distribution flow that lets you distribute on any chain that is not natively supported by Spring. We are continuously adding distribution support for new blockchains.
How to set up a non-EVM distribution with Spring
Go to Deal Info > Collect Information to collect investors’ receiving wallets. Investors can provide the non-EVM wallets you specify during the investment process.
Note: investors can change their receiving wallets at a later stage of the fundraise as well.
Click Prepare Distribution to configure the blockchain and token address for the distribution.
Select Manual Distribution to view a detailed breakdown of the entire batch. You can copy the cap table and choose from any of the recommended distribution services.
Complete the distribution through the selected service.
Once the distribution is complete, return to your Spring platform. Update your investors by leaving a note indicating that the distribution was done manually, and click Complete Distribution to finalize it on the platform.
Investors will receive an email notification.
The vesting progress will be updated, allowing investors to track the next unlock directly in their portfolios.
You can also enable OTC on your deal after distribution is completed.
