# Which countries are excluded from the Spring platform?

> Learn which countries and territories are excluded from using the Spring platform.

Users from the following countries/territories are excluded from using the Spring platform:

* Iran
* Myanmar
* North Korea
* Russia
* Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson in Ukraine

  These countries and territories are highly exposed to sanctions risk, as well as money laundering and terrorist financing risks.
