All new customers to Spring must complete the KYB (Know Your Business) process, which includes identity verification and screening, as part of the customer onboarding.
To get access to the platform:
You must upload a valid ID
Take a selfie to verify your identity
Customers are required to use a valid international passport to complete the ID verification process for KYB. An exception to this rule applies to customers from the following countries, who can also complete the verification process with their national ID:
