Overview

All individuals establishing accounts with Spring must complete the KYB (Know Your Business) verification process during onboarding. This includes identity verification and background screening.

Requirements for Platform Access

To gain access, customers must:
  1. Upload a valid ID
  2. Take a selfie to verify your identity

Accepted Identification Documents

Customers are required to use a valid international passport for the KYB process.

Exception for European Residents

Residents of the following European countries may alternatively use their national identification cards: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
