All individuals establishing accounts with Spring must complete the KYB (Know Your Business) verification process during onboarding. This includes identity verification and background screening.
To gain access, customers must:
- Upload a valid ID
- Take a selfie to verify your identity
Accepted Identification Documents
Customers are required to use a valid international passport for the KYB process.
Exception for European Residents
Residents of the following European countries may alternatively use their national identification cards:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
