The KYC process
To complete KYC, you'll need to provide all the information below:
Important: Include your full name with correct spelling to avoid errors or delays. The name you write in the "About you" field must match exactly the one in your ID. Please do not write nicknames or made-up names.
Upload a valid ID and take a selfie to verify your identity.
Please follow all instructions to avoid a rejected ID verification. Incomplete or unsatisfactory ID verification results in a review process that can cause you delays in using our platform.
It is important that you provide correct information. Providing false information or an inauthentic ID (fake ID, modified ID, or someone else's ID) will ban you from registration and investment.
Please note that any users without a last name/surname can only complete KYC with a valid passport and will need to contact [email protected].
How do I upload my ID correctly?
Common things to check for:
Valid (not expired)
Includes your date of birth
Clear and legible
No light glare
Depeding on your country's requriements, you may be able to select various types of IDs.
Once you have selected your ID country, you will see which ID types are permitted for your country.
Select one of the available options and upload your ID.
Make sure to upload the ID type you have selected. If you upload a different ID type than the options available for your country, the attempt will be rejected.
For certain countries/jurisdictions, a valid passport is the only accepted ID type. An overview of "passport-only" countries is available here.
Note: a passport may be required in certain instances for other countries not on the list.
Pro tip: For ID verification, uploading your passport will speed up the KYC process. Uploading other types of ID may prolong the KYC process.
How do I take a selfie correctly?
The selfie you take must clearly show your face from the front, left side, and right side. Make sure:
You position yourself in the center of the camera and then move your face left and right to show both sides.
You don’t have any obstacles in front of your face (e.g., remove your glasses or anything else blocking your face)
You have sufficient lighting (not too dark / too bright)
Your picture is not blurred or otherwise unclear
KYC statuses
If your status is "KYC is pending":
Your ID verification is incomplete or incorrect
We need additional information from you
If your status is "pending," please send an email to [email protected]. In your email, please include the wallet address you have registered with so we can identify your user profile and assist you.
If your KYC status is "needs review"
This means that your KYC requires additional review by a compliance analysts. Please do not repeat the KYC process again, as this will further delay the review.
